Sneak Peek…. Trains!
January 13, 2011Hiking at Hanging Rock
January 16, 2011Sawyer….
What can I even say about this adorable kid, with KILLER hair!?!?! He was a little shy at first, but then warmed right up, and shared his trains, books and toys with us. The Kidd family have an awesome home with tons of beautiful natural light…. when you photograph in people’s homes you never quite know what you are in for…. dark rooms, unattractive furnishings…. NOT the case here! Everything was beautiful! And this is one lucky kid to have his bedroom custom painted, and his very own playroom right next door, complete with 2 train sets!
OK…. on to the good stuff!
One of my favorites!
The next three images I think would make 3 amazing canvases to hang in a boys room or playroom…. I love the details & colors!!
Thank you SO much, Kidd family for having us into your lovely home! Sawyer is just about as adorable as they come!!

Joy! That's what these images are. What a dude Sawyer is and the photographs are fantastic. A real family treasure framed for posterity.
Beautiful work! I just love these.
Great light and expressions.
Bubble Thomas is cool too. 🙂
I love these kinds of photos-candids of kids in their own space.
I love this session. I so wanted to play trains. I love the detailed/complimentary shot you took of the trains on his clothes. Awesome.
What a cutie! Great shots, I love the lifestyle feel.
Ok this kid is adorable and man, I dig Thomas.
Adorable shots Jessica. I love all the different train faces and the kid does have incredible hair. Very well done.
How darling! I really love the natural feel to these shots. Just so fun!
Great job Jess! I think you need to send them to Thomas & Friends Consumer Relations at consumerrelations@hitentertainment.com. I'm just sayin… (as you like to say…)
I like that idea, Sabrina!! 🙂
How cute is that jumper? Wonderful job – those are some fabulous photos of an awfully cute kid.
Very cute! I Love Thomas the tank engine! Great shot with the Xmas tree in the BG!
I feel like repeating everyone else, but this set is just so CUTE! Beautiful work 🙂
I can't like these enough JJ. Wow, great work and if I had a room that cool when I was a kid my head would explode. LOL Awesome job.
Now THAT'S the way to do a portrait session. In the home where the little one is confortable…you captured some great moments! Well done.
Love the colors in this set and the train shot with the lights in the background.
Such a cutie!! I adore this session, what a great theme!
