You may or may not know that I work full time for a nonprofit. One of my many jobs is to put together our bi-monthly magazine. I basically photograph everything in it (including the image below- which is on the counter top at the beach house!), arrange all the content and coordinate it to hit the press & then mailboxes. Through my organization we offer contests, one of which is baking. I’m proud to say my cookies took 1st place in the peanut cookie category! If you get a sweet tooth this weekend, whip up a batch of these!
