Maternity | Brian & Chelsea

On Sunday Jeremy & I made the trip up to Wake Forest to see Brian & Chelsea. She sent me a link to the Carroll Joyner Park to do their photos, what a great spot! Baby | Rosalee Kate

Jeremy and I traveled up to Durham to meet 7 day old Rosalee Kate. She’s such a doll, with a family who’s enthralled with her. Must be nice to be snuggled up 24/7! While we were there, we made sure to grab a few shots of Rosalee’s big brother & sister. Rosalee’s last name is Wicker…. so it only seemed appropriate we use the chairs on their porch 🙂 Thanks for sharing the first few days of Rosalee with us, can’t wait to see you again in October!

Goals | September 2011

Can you believe summer is over? As much as I was ready to bid farewell to 100 degree days, I wasn’t quite ready to dive into fall…. I need a few more days on the beach…. Let’s revisit those August Goals. 1. Blog Allie & Jamie’s Oak Island wedding…. hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday! DONE!2. Make a dent in the office decorating with Jeremy’s help It’s so close!3. Edit & blog Laura & Nathan’s Charlotte wedding DONE!4. Edit & blog Katie & Philip’s Wake Forest wedding DONE!5. Order a sample album from a NEW album company!! So excited about this one! DONE!6. Continue to search for Jeremy a new shooting bag…. stylish that zips shut is HARD to find! haven’t found one yet 🙁7. Photograph Susie’s Charlotte wedding DONE!8. 2nd shoot in Wilmington DONE! 9. Have the pink sofa reupholstered. Not happening. Leaving it as is for now.10. Purchase a video light. DONE!    Yay! I feel like I did pretty well despite having a busy August…. I ended up 2nd shooting another wedding the last weekend of August. Alrighty…. September! 1. Blog baby Rosalee2. Pick one of the many weddings I’ve 2nd shot this year to blog3. Follow up with all (FOUR) of our October couples about their wedding day4. Plan our trip to DC to do 2 portrait sessions5. Celebrate Jeremy’s birthday in DC with 2 Amy’s Pizza 🙂6. Complete some crafty projects for the office7. Test out khaki curtains in the office8. Have the settee in our house reupholstered in khaki (plan to use it for Christmas shoots!)9. Children | Annalina

Sunday is a special day for our good friends, Matt & Aeriel. Their adorable daughter will have her first birthday!!! We were so excited to get together with them & photograph their little girl for her first birthday.She’s such a sweet little girl, full of personality & funny faces 🙂 Aeriel brought along some of her props for Annalina’s party…. she went all out on the pink & yellow theme 🙂 We can’t wait to celebrate at Annalina’s party tomorrow & photograph it!
