Happy Hump Day & A Holiday Reminder!

It’s Wednesday! Which means the day-job week is winding down…. YAY! I wanted to do a little post reminding everyone about holiday deadlines…. eeek! It’s not even Thanksgiving, and there’s already a lot of deadlines for the holidays coming up quickly! If you’d like a Finao Album, contact me ASAP!!! Their deadline is MONDAY to submit orders and have them in time for Christmas (or before 2011 hits) If you’d like a KISS Wedding Book, you have a little more time…. but not much! December 1st is the cutoff for orders. If you’d like a canvas print, the deadline to get it by Christmas is November 29th (my birthday!!) …… Remember, it takes hours to complete an album design so please be courteous and contact me before deadline day 🙂 I’ll leave you with this little guy…. he was hanging out on the dunes before our Wrightsville Beach shoot started 🙂

Family Photographer | Wrightsville Beach

A couple of weeks ago Jeremy and I had made plans to go down to Carolina Beach to do a little work on our beach lot. A former co-worker of mine in Wilmington had seen our Christmas deal on Facebook and wished we were down there so she could take advantage of it….. we’ll we were heading down there, so we got to meet up with them! October 30th seemed to be prime time for having photos taken on the south end of Wrightsville beach…. I bet we saw 4 other photographers out there! Our Christmas deal includes 25 Christmas cards- here’s the one they picked 🙂 Love the sun peaking over the dunes! Their cards came in this week while I was away…. can’t wait to mail them off! Carolina Balloon Fest!

A couple of weeks ago we went to the Carolina Balloon Festival in Statesville. I was SO excited to go to this event! I am just facinated by hot air balloons, they’re so pretty, but simple. I am dying to go for a ride, and am determined to make it happen at next years festival! We went on Friday, opening day because it was free to get in 🙂 I couldn’t have asked for better free entertainment! on to the pretty sites….. we weren’t really sure where to sit, so we camped out right in front, and waited for the action to begin…. When we realized where the balloons were taking off, and heading over the hill, we headed up the hill! I can’t wait for next year!!!!
