Baby: Wake Forest Cheerleader

Yesterday we had an eeeeeaaaaaarrrrrlllllllly morning! Woke up about 5:15AM, on the road by 6, and at Wake Forest a few minuets past 7AM…. why so early? Beat the rain forecasted, beat the blazing sun that could make an appearance, a happier baby and to have the campus pretty much empty 🙂 Here’s a tiny sneak peek…… ……. more to come later!

Wedding Rings :-)

Yesterday I made a special trip over to Cary before heading home from Raleigh (yes, I went to the Get Motivated seminar…. and no, I didn’t get particularly motivated from sitting on my rear, listening for 8 hours… annnnd hearing several sales pitches to buy into more seminars didn’t do much for me either… although Rudy Giuliani & Colin Powell were great speakers…. ok, I’m off track….) right…. Cary…. so I met up with Megan & Jeremy at their condo to take a few photos of their wedding rings for some little cards I’m having done. Their rings are GORGEOUS! Here are 2 of the photos I picked for the cards….. We can’t wait to be part of their wedding day in just a few short weeks 🙂

Dancin’ Shoes? Workin’ Shoes?

After finding this dress at the J Crew Yard sale earlier this summer… I knew I needed some snazzy shoes to pair with it… but they needed to be flats, so I could survive shooting 8-10+ hour weddings….. After ordering 5 different pairs of silver flats from endless.com, these were the winner 🙂 I can’t wait for our numerous events in the coming weeks to wear them to…. including 2 weddings we are shooting later this month!

Kaleb’s 3rd Birthday!

Yesterday we attended Kaleb’s 3rd birthday at North Mecklenburg Park. We couldn’t have asked for better weather, better food, or better company! There was: basketball…. A Birthday Boy! McQueen everything….. including napkins 🙂 Lots of presents! A super cool Fillmore Cake! …. and ooooodles of excitement! Happy 3rd Birthday, Kaleb!!
