Family | Hales

Ashley & Dallin lived on our street for several years and we hated when they left the neighborhood… and bouncy, adorable, Lyla wasn’t across the street with her big hair bows. I’m glad we’ve stayed in touch via Facebook and thrilled when I got to photograph their family at their favorite vacation spot, Ocean Isle Beach. Couple | Ian & Radhika

A few weeks ago we teamed up with Radian Photography of Durham for a session at Ft. Fisher. I LOVE shooting down there, but this particular night, the light was so soft and pretty. Normally, shooting on the beach with no shade offers you slimmer opportunities for directions to shoot… but not that night. Just the right amount of clouds gave us endless opportunities. We’ll be back this weekend, if anyone is interested in a session! Why not knock out that Christmas card photo while you still have a tan!?

Wedding | Luma & Aaron

I’d been hunting a couple to model for a quick shoot at the new Wrightsville Manor, and Kelly, a mutual acquaintance connected us…. they fit the bill and were amazing (check them out here!) Only to find out, during that shoot, they didn’t yet have a wedding photographer! Shortly after our shoot together, Luma emailed that she wanted me to photograph their sunrise wedding on the beach… Yes. All the yeses!! They were married in front of the Carolina Beach Marriott with their closest family and friends present…. even all the way from Brazil! Baby | White Gender Reveal

It’s not everyday I get to photograph a gender reveal party… but my goodness, it was so much fun! The anticipation, excitement…. and shock of finding out it was a BOY was just wonderful to witness! I think 80% of the party thought it was a girl, including both Ashleigh and Landon!
